We provided a “in house” Development Surveyor and Project Managment consultancy role for Waterstone Estates to purchase and redevelop a mixed use site to provide a 3500 sq ft of retail and a refurbished coach house for office use.  The retail space has been pre let to The Co-Operative Group for a convenience store with the specification agreed by ourselves.

The consultancy advice covered purchase advice with a conditional contract subject to planning, leasing advice (together with agreement of specification of works), consultant and construction team co-ordination.

Once completed and the lease was completed we assisted in the sale of the completed investment to a private SIPP with the coach house being sold off via auctioneers Seel and Co.
