Arbenigol are working with Lidl (UK) and Carmarthenshire Council to deliver a comprehensive scheme for the developable site at Trostre Retail Park. The scheme will deliver subject to successfully obtaining planning circa £8m worth of inward investment and between  80-120 full and part time jobs.

As well as the Lidl other retail/restaurants units are planned for the site with Arbenigol as a locally based developer hoping to “support local” in terms of priority lettings for future tenants and business  that may want to occupy the space.
