Llansteffan

Provided a project coordinator role for Catrefi Croeso Ltd, the newly formed housing arm of Carmarthenshire Council, for a site of 16 new homes in the coastal village of Llansteffan. The new homes will include a mix of private for sale and affordable units.

The consultancy advice covered but not limited to, initial planning and design advice together with coordination of the consultant team through the planning and pre construction phase .
