Providing a project co-ordination and “in house” development surveyor consultancy for Waterstone Estates to develop out two mixed use sites on the SA1 Waterside site, Swansea. The schemes are looking to provide 6000 sq ft of retail/leisure space together with 28 apartments and a 60 Bed Care Home.

The consultancy advice covered development advice for planning, marketing and leasing advice (together with agreement of specification of works), consultant and construction team co-ordination as well as construction finance coordination.
