Tenby – Crackwell Street

Provided consultancy advice on a former garage site, for the viability of a proposed residential scheme and affordable housing provision. We  negotiated with the Pembrokeshire National Park Authority with the use of the Three Dragons Toolkit and input from external consultants, for a nil affordable housing provision. The site has many constraints due to its access, location and size which with estimated build costs and allowing for current affordable housing provisions made it unviable for development.Tenby
