Blackwood

We provided consultancy advice to the Monnow Group Ltd on a former brownfield site, for the viability of a proposed residential scheme and affordable housing provision. We successfully negotiated with the council with the use of the Three Dragons Toolkit and input from external consultants, for a nil affordable housing provision. The site has some topographical constraints which in its current state and allowing for current affordable housing provision made it unviable for development.
