Provided a project co-ordination role for Waterstone Estates to purchase and redevelop a mixed use site to provide a 5000 sq ft of retail and 40 apartments. The 5000 sqft of the retail space was let to Co-operative Gropup and Greggs Plc  for a convenience store and bakery and the flats have been pre-sold under a package deal to Wales and West Housing Association.

The consultancy advice covered purchase advice with a conditional contract subject to planning, leasing advice (together with agreement of specification of works), consultant and construction team co-ordination including an employer’s agent role during construction.
